Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping:
- Free for orders over ₹999
- ₹49 for orders under ₹999
- Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 12 PM IST are processed the same day for shipment.
- Shipping Speeds:
- Orders typically ship within 24 hours and are delivered within 4-8 business days.
- Tracking:
- You will receive an email notification with a tracking link when your order ships.
- Incorrect Addresses:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reship fees may apply for corrections.
- Returns and Exchanges: As a standard, we do not accept product returns to protect the health and safety of our customers. If you received defective goods or an incorrect order, please contact care@purnavida.com within Seven (7) days of receipt. We will happily review your order and any reported issues and offer a resolution, which will include the replacement of the product at no cost to you. Unfortunately, in most cases, once a product has left our facility, we are unable to offer a refund. In certain rare instances, such as if you received an inferior product, we may request that you return a product for quality examination, in which case we will provide a shipping label. We may ask that you provide photos of the product labels, including lot number and expiration date, and any damage reported. Any other compensation issued (free replacement, coupon codes, etc.) will be at the discretion of Purnavida Pvt. Ltd.
